Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have conducted five complex health impact assessments for neighborhoods along the light rail in Phoenix, AZ, and led a coalition that successfully passed a complete streets ordinance within Phoenix. The HIAs made recommendations regarding access to healthy food, safe recreation and public spaces, and the use of streets for walking, biking and transit-use.
