Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am the Director of a pediatric & adolescent HIV program within a clinic in an urban community that provides HIV specialty and primary care, medical case management, behavioral health services, prevention services (primary & secondary), clinical research and health navigation services. Youth, adolescents and young adults are a highly vulnerable population. To successfully link and retain our patients in routine care, our team uses technology (social media and texting) as a strategy for engagement.
