Chronic diseases and conditions represent a large burden to public health. This session will include information on prevention for Alzheimer’s disease, cardiovascular disease, hip fractures, and flight-associated neck pain. The association of back pain with smoking will also be discussed.
Session Objectives: Identify recent literature and interventions for chronic diseases that are encountered by chiropractors and other health professionals.
