This session will discuss the various success achieved with child health indicators across the globe. it will also discuss and highlight some of the best practices which have helped to achieve the MDG indicators. The presentations will also discuss the challenges faced and the various socio economic and cultural barriers in some regions which have slowed down the progress of MDGs being achieved.
Session Objectives: Describe programs that strengthen child health issues in international health settings. Discuss approaches and initiatives that lead to stronger child survival outcomes such as improved immunization programs.
