Social determinants include economic status, external and internal environments and cultural factors which impact the health status of communities. This session will discuss the positive and negative of the effects of socio economic determinants on the health status of communities across the globe.
Session Objectives: List the different social determinants of health. Discuss the role of socio-economic factors in overall health outcomes.
