The purpose of the Spiegelman Session is to provide a discussion of current issues with statistical genomics. Specific topics include genotype-tissue expression (GTEx), imputation of gene expression, and and gene expression and regulation across tissue types.
Session Objectives: Define statistical genomics concepts and current issues.
Identify data-driven issues within the topic of statistical genomics.
Formulate potential solutions to data issues with statistical genomics.
