Nutrition Disparities and Food Environment Poster Session

This poster session focuses on papers relating to nutrition disparities faced by low-income and racially/ethnically diverse individuals and provides a review of dietary interventions designed to reach these audiences. Topics to be presented also include a selection of papers assessing and/or improving the food environment in a variety of settings.
Session Objectives: Name one example of a nutrition disparity faced by a selected audience. Describe the role of the food environment on influencing dietary behavior.
