The Illinois Cognitive Resources Network presents an interactive session where persons with dementia and their families candidly share how they have tried to navigate the maze of services offered by various providers.
Session Objectives: Explain why persons with dementia and their family members feel alone in handling their situation. Name some of the identified needs of persons with dementia and their family members. Identify the barriers persons with dementia and their families face in locating services to address their needs.
