The following session will highlight three (3) CEPH accredited public health programs' competency-related processes. Each program will discuss the development, implementation and evaluation of their competencies. Key successes and opportunities for improvement will be highlighted. This session will include time for discussion among attendees involved in stages of assessment.
Session Objectives: Describe the competency assessment process in Public Health Programs.
Identify the key characteristics of competency re-alignment procedures.
Discuss the competency development process.
