CALL FOR ABSTRACTS — APHA's 2020 Annual Meeting and Expo

HIVAIDS Late Breakers

Meeting theme: "Creating the Healthiest Nation: Preventing Violence"

Submission Deadline: Friday, July 10, 2020

Late breakers will be accepted as an opportunity to present research findings, program and/or policy details that have emerged since the deadline of the initial call for abstracts. Late breaker submissions are not an opportunity for authors to submit abstracts not timely submitted to the original call for abstracts.

At this time, we invite late breaker abstracts focused on:

- Intersection of HIV/AIDS and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) or COVID-19 including data from clinical research trials, research and development, testing, stigma, health systems, political leadership policy, and project implementation efforts

- Behavioral and Social Sciences Research (BSSR)

- HIV/AIDS and racism

Abstracts considered for review are limited to 250 words and include EITHER of the following elements:

Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion

OR

Issue, Description, Lessons Learned, Recommendations

AND

Two (2) clear, measurable learning objectives
