Mandatory for oral session presenters! Oral session presenters are required to create a PowerPoint slide of their disclosure statement and include it with your uploaded presentation file. All disclosure statements MUST be verbally read to the audience prior to starting the presentation. Please make this the second slide of your presentation. If you have already uploaded your file, please take a moment to resubmit a new file to include your disclosure statement.
