The presentation will provide information about the current political and fiscal environment at the federal level, and the implications for public health. Will also discuss the importance of public health professionals engaging in the political process through advocacy, and share information on how to most effectively advocate for public health.

I serve as Executive Director of the Coalition for Health Funding, representing more than 75 national organizations that support a strong and sustained investment in public health programs.
