This session will focus on Million Hearts, an HHS national initiative co-led by CMS and CDC and executed by a host of private and public partners with an explicit goal to prevent a million heart attacks and strokes in five years. The initiative, even in its first six months, shows the power of partnerships to accomplish together what no single organization can do alone.
