Current School Health Policy Issues
This session will provide insights into several school health policy issues, ranging from setting standards in school food service policies to medication management. The effects of geographical locations and public versus public funding will be reported.
Learning Objectives: Those attending this session will be able to 1. list and discuss six studies that address a variety of school health policy issues, and 2. become acquainted with six reaseahers with expertise pertinent to school health policies.
