Community-based research and efforts to end violence against API women

Challenges and successes of local api community based initiatives to end violence against api women will provide valuable insights and strategies for future work. API community based work on vaw will include: 1) discussion of findings and community reactions to a boston based epidemiological study of violence against south asian women; 2) development of a boston based south asian community health project's work to end violence against women; 3) presentation of a vietnamese community counseling project's work to end violence against women; 4) participants' research or work to end violence against api women.
