Learning Objectives: 1.) Review and understand the statistical correlation between disproportionate access to quality health care and health disparities among racial and ethnic populations. 2.) Evaluate the adequacy of assessment tools currently in place for identifying this correlation, and determine ways to improve this assessment and how (and to whom) it is communicated. 3.) Identify the role of public health practice and policy in promoting awareness of the problem and advocating for its alleviation
