Located in inner-city Boston, By and For Your (BFY) is sponsored by a 20-year old, minority-run agency,WEATOC,Inc. (We're Educators-A Touch of Class), and is targeted primarily for at-risk, African-American youth, ages 11-19. WEATOC's hallmark is the production by and for youth of frank and exciting workshops, performances, and products on AIDS, alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, and other issues.

Learning Objectives: 1. to gain familiarization with WHEATC's programs for peer education and development 2. to show the effectiveness of WHEATC's programs as a model for community outreach
