| This panel follows up on APHA's adoption #200010, "Creating Healthier School Facilities," in which the Association recognizes the need to promote better practice in siting, construction, and maintenance of schools as a way to protect child health. Presentations will cover the characteristic of schools on or near EPA Superfund sites, characteristics of schools with reported hazard releases, and polluted indoor air on child respiration, health, and learning. Participants should plan on an active discussion with panelist and moderator on directions for future research in these fields. | ||||
