State of the Art School Health Curricula
This session offers an opportunity to explore several examples of applying research findings to instruction within the school health curriculum. It also provides an opportunity to learn of innovative approaches for introducing controversial subjects into school curricula.
Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to 1. link research to practice in curriculum development and implemention and 2. identify and discuss several innovative approaches to introducing controversial subjects into the school curricula.
