Learning Objectives: The objectives of this panel are: 1. to inform public health educators and practitioners about the importance of ethics and the development of critical reasoning skills regarding value issues in the field. 2. to introduce and demonstrate a significant new educational resource for ethical awareness and reasoning skills in public health. 3. to provide a forum where different ethical outlooks and strategies of professional education and development can be discussed.
