Impacting Youth Behaviors Through Classroom & Community-Based Interventions
The presentations of this poster session will discuss interventions aimed at addressing risky behaviors of youth. Some utilize the classroom or the school as a setting for delivering health promotion and disease prevention educational activities while others utilize community-based settings and grassroots advocacy. The involvement of the community (i.e. the public) is a key element in these efforts.
