Implications of the 2004 Elections for the Environment

Environmental policy is one of the important areas at stake in the 2004 elections. What do the election results mean for environmental policy? This presenter and discussant will talk about the overall elections results related to the hopes for environmental policy in the future. He will discuss implications for such issues as clean air, clean water, toxics and Superfund.
