| This session will: Describe the uniform hospital discharge data set (UB-92) and its major fields; understand how environmental factors can negatively impact health and safety outcomes in communities of color; delineate health services that can be offered in a community pharmacy; and construct an intervention to assess food costs in communities. | |||
