Prostate cancer is a critical issue in men's health, but promoting screening programs and educating patients must take a variety of formats and address various audiences. The panelists in this session will describe different projects related to prostate cancer, including needs assessment, evaluation of existing materials, and intervention programs that target different audiences - including women. | |||
Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, participants will be able to identify key needs in prostate cancer education and to describe education materials available for patients. Participants also will be able to explain some of the specific needs of particular racial/ethnic groups regarding prostate cancer education and fulfill the learning objectives of the individual presentations. | |||
