Evidence-based Programs to Promote Health and Prevent Disease
The session will describe a research study to improve health outcomes for high-risk, low-income school-age children with asthma; list the ways in which the Expanded Syringe Access Demonstration Program allows greater access to syringes and describe the chronic disease self-management program and social capital.
