This session presents innovative approaches to nutrition assessment in child care, grade school and community settings. Using innovative approaches such as geographic information systems and qualitative research, researchers present methodologies to understand the context in which children and families live. Papers presented will outline specifics of community assessment methods and tools developed to deliver nutrition education and obesity prevention programs. | |||
