This session will provide an overview of different U.S.-based and international evidence-based models for best practices in linking home visiting staff (professional and paraprofessional) with children and their families. In addition, presenters will provide successful strategies for engaging hard to reach families in home visits. Lastly, different evaluation models and multiple key metrics for outcome and process measures will be highlighted to assist the audience with impact assessment of home visiting programs. | |||
