1)Define, locate, and reach at-risk populations in their communities; 2)Identify available resources and agencies that support preparedness planning for vulnerable populations; 3)Utilize the information presented to integrate best practices for preparedness planning; 4)Cite the different roles and responsibilities during an emergency that address care for vulnerable populations;
• Apply principles of a newly-developed CDC Workbook on Special Populations
