• Participants will learn lessons from Affiliates that have experienced staff restructuring and examine the change in responsibility, job duty, and interaction of various staff and volunteers within the association.
• In anticipation of the Kellogg grant, participants will discuss how Affiliates can build their infrastructure through the possible addition of staff and/or volunteers.
