Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, participants will be able to: (1) Assess the strengths and limitations of existing data and methods used to conduct research on health systems; (2) Evaluate alternative strategies for improving the collection and retrieval of research-quality data within health systems; and (3) Develop recommendations for policy-makers and health administrators concerning actions to improve the availability of data for health systems research.
