Assessing and Training the Workforce for Epidemics, Disasters and Bioterrorism
This sessions will describe workforce needs and taining approaches to meet epidemics and disasters.
Learning Objectives: Participant will be able to: (1) identify workforce variables and metrics useful for preparedness planning; 2)describe the implications of analytics for preparedness surge capacity and training needs and 3) understand the concept, advantages and limitations of just in time training.
