Policy Impact of HIPPA and Human Rights Issues
Abstracts in this session will describe the barriers and problems that emerged post HIPAA to the release of patient information, components of the National Caner Institute's partnership to reach underserved populations with clinical trials information and strategies to reducing disparities in clinical trial participation among minorities.
