Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, participants will be able to: (1) identify key components of leadership development programs applied in diverse public health settings; (2) assess challenges and opportunities in cultivating new public health leaders; and (3) evaluate the degree of success achieved to date by public health leadership development programs.
