Learning Objectives: 1. Describe recent advances in the use of technology for delivering messages supportive of HIV and STD prevention. 2. Understand the mechanisms for the use of technology in high-risk communities. 3. Explain methods used to evaluate the use of technology in HIV and STD related interventions.
