Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, participants will be able to: Assess the strengths and limitations of research used to evaluate the implementation and impact of health administration and financing strategies Evaluate the strength and nature of evidence about the effectiveness of strategies for organizing, financing, and delivering health services. Develop recommendations for decision-makers in health policy and administration based on research findings.
