In this presentation participants will learn about a national study that was done to identify five different learning stream funding models to support the position of a CHW. Participants will also learn about the Medicaid reimbursement model in MN.

Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will learn about and identify models of funding that support CHW positions. 2. Participants will be able to apply different models within their facility. 3. Participants will learn about the approved legislation for Medicaid reimbursment for CHWs in MN.
