There is a relationship between the approval process associated with the APHA Learning Institutes and the processes that occur for continuing education unit approval for other health professionals such as physicians, nurses, and health educators. This presentation will discuss the similarities and differences among these various continuing education approval proceses.

Learning Objectives:
Identify the components of the APHA Learning Institute approval process that relate to the provision of continuing education credit for health professionals such as physicians, nurses and health educators.
