Public health social work is shaped by the context in which it is practiced. In this invited session, three notable scholars whose research has taken them to Asian and Africa will present their research findings on the health care needs of citizens of these countries and the role of the social worker.
Session Objectives: 1. Describe the role of the social worker in three different countries
2. Discuss the health care delivery system of other countries
