Perimenopause women and sexual impact among Taiwan

Objective: The purpose of the study was to explore the perimenopause women and sexual impact among Taiwan. Methods: The research design was based on phenomenological methods qualitative. Snowing ball and purposed sampling methods were used. The number of participants in this study was twenty-one women. Data was analyzed by using Colaizzi control analysis. Result: The major themes emerged as: Sexual role strain, aging image, marriage relationship reconstruction and awareness life course . Sexual role strain includes: physical disturbance, approach-avoidance conflict and sexual role to end. Aging image is : physical degradation and body imaging change. Marriage relationship reconstruction have aloof affection, altruistic behavior, create substitute and developing relation of equality and pal . Awareness life course are: extricate and loss, maintain harmony house, displacement and surmount. Conclusion: The sexual life of perimenopause women have changed. Women perceived the factors of physical, spouse, marriage relationship and psychosocial concern. Herce, it is important for health interventions be holism consideration, suggest spouses involved are aware of the sexual belief among their culture. Provide a health consultant to reach health promotion.
