Ms. Frank is the Director of Assistance at the Research Data Assistance Center (ResDAC). She along with the Technical Advisors of ResDAC Provides technical assistance to researchers interested in using Medicare and/or Medicaid data. ResDAC can efficiently and effectively assist researchers in understanding and obtaining the Medicare and Medicaid data files. This includes an understanding of the strengths, weaknesses and applications of Medicare data for research purposes. ResDAC review is integral in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services data request process.
