213423 Implications of the National Physical Activity Plan for State and Local Health AgenciesTuesday, November 10, 2009: 11:30 AM
The National Physical Activity Plan will be comprised of policies, practices and initiatives aimed at increasing physical activity at the population level. Most strategies in the Plan, to be effective, will require actions at the state and local level. Further, the National Plan should inform and support state and local plans for physical activity promotion.
