This session presents topical issues related to specific populations. Information is presented related to sun safety behaviors, a comprehensive wellness program, and depression among Latinos. In addition, participants will learn about screening for diseases, prevention immunizations, and perception of health among Cambodian Americans.
Session Objectives: • Identify factors associated with physical health of Cambodian Americans. • Emphasize the importance of research to document and address the health needs and realities of Hispanics. • Identify appropriate disease screening services and programs for Cambodian Americans.
