Learn how to coordinate a comprehensive approach to eliminating health disparities in your area. This presentation will provide participants with key components needed to develop the infrastructure and strategies to address health disparities at the state and local level. The presenter will provide an overview of successful efforts in building support, utilizing data, involving community stakeholders and public health leaders, and implementing the process for a dedicated office of health disparities in Colorado and its associated strategies to address health disparities.
