In an ideal world, public health practice and academia would inform and be informed by one another. In reality, there is often a gap between the two. This poster session presents projects that have successfully bridge the practice-academic gap to address a variety of public health issues.
Session Objectives: 1. Describe novel approaches to bridging the gap between academia and public health practice. 2. Discuss the challenges and benefits of community-academic partnerships.
