In a medium that changes so quickly, it is important to figure out what social media strategies and tactics are getting results – and where there is room for improvement. This presentation will dive into the Facebook data of 34 nonprofit organizations to provide you with benchmark metrics for measuring your social media efforts, as well as takeaways and recommendations based on the data – including Facebook best practices.

Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have 6 years experience using social media in a variety of settings, including youth organizing, public health advocacy, event organizing, and fundraising. I currently work at M+R Strategic Services as a Social Media Specialist, where I help nonprofits develop effective social media strategies to grow their audience and strengthen their advocacy campaigns. Prior to joining M+R, I worked at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, where I helped manage the organization’s youth program.
