International Human Rights organizations have made major contributions to the advancement of public health, health care, and human rights in Israel and the occupied Palestinian Territory. This session will report on the ongoing work of these organizations and their active collaborations, which remains one of the few direct links between civil societies within Israel and the occupied Palestinian Territory.
Session Objectives: Describe the ongoing work of human rights organizations in collaboration with public health workers in Israel and the occupied Palestinian Territory to improve community and environmental health in this region.
