Advances in telehealth and social media should get more attention, given their potential for increasing patient engagement and improving outcomes. This session will explore current trends in both fields and the nexus between them.
Session Objectives: At the end of this session, participants should be able to:
1. outline best practices in telehealth;
2. describe the value of social media tools in health promotion among older Americans.
