This session will be lecture and group discussion on the PHAB requirements for Documents. This will include the Guide to Documentation, use of the guidance in the Standards and Measures, and tips on in-house organization of documentation. Time for Q&A will be included. Participants will be given immediate feedback on their knowledge of the documentation and documentation organization requirements in that this session leads to the second session of hands-on application.
