Healthy San Francisco is breaking new ground in expanding health care coverage to low-income and uninsured residents. The program generates new funding for health care coverage, in part through health assessments of employers. This presentation covers the program's development, scope of services and coverage, plans for development, and indications of success. The program addresses its administrative challenges, imaginatively devises their remedies, and implements innovations.
