The Welcome Back Initiative (WBI) was developed to assist foreign trained health professionals in the process of entering the US health workforce. To date, the WBI has served over 12,000 individuals from over 150 countries through its 10 centers across the US. With our assistance, 108 MDs have secured residency training slots, 1,700 have obtained employment in the health sector for the first time, 600 have moved up their career ladders, and thousands more are in the process of achieving their professional goals.
